Finance Manager
This position is a part of MWC Leadership and will provide direct oversight to the Finance Team. This incumbent will work closely with the Executive Director and Leadership team to develop the financial plan and strategy for the organization. The FM will oversee and lead annual budgeting & planning process in conjunction with the ED. They will administer and review all financial plans and budgets, monitor progress and changes and keep MWC’s leadership team and Board Treasurer up to date on the organization’s financial status. This individual will report to the Executive Director.

Analyze and present financial reports in an accurate and timely manner; clearly communicate monthly and annual financial statements to Executive Director & Board of Directors.

This incumbent will work closely with the Executive Director and Leadership team to develop & implement MWC’s marketing & advertising strategies, plans, and objectives. The MCAM will be the principal ambassador for the organization, with responsibilities for delivering the company’s vision within the local communities we serve. (with support from the leadership team) The MCAM networks on behalf of the organization by establishing contacts and social media partnerships. This individual will report to the Executive Director.

Programming & Development Manager
This position is a part of MWC Leadership and will provide direct oversight to the Programming & Development Team. This incumbent will work closely with the Executive Director and Leadership team to develop MWC’s nonprofit fundraising strategy, execute fundraising campaigns, communicate with current & prospective donors on organizational initiatives while building a stronger development team for the organization. They will also have direct oversight of all programming & event planning for MWC (with support from the Board of Directors). The PDM will report to the Executive Director.

HR & Administration Manager
This position is a part of MWC Leadership and will provide direct oversight to the HR & Administration Team. This incumbent will work closely with the Executive Director and Leadership team to guide and manage all HR services, policies and programs for the organization. They will own the implementation of the volunteer recruitment/staffing strategy and lead the onboarding/training process for new volunteers. The HRAM will be responsible for managing organizational policies, procedures and standards for volunteer service while also collaborating with the ED on all compliance related matters. The HRAM also manages all of the administrative functions for the organization. The HRAM will report to the Executive Director.

Directs a process of organizational planning that evaluates MWC structure, job design, and volunteer forecasting for the organization.

This position is a part of MWC Marketing & Community Affairs Team and will work closely with Leadership to support the growth of the MWC brand on all digital and social media platforms. This individual will utilize their social media skill set to develop successful digital campaigns by creating and posting content to said platforms. This individual should know exactly how to get creative in order to drive traffic from social media platforms to our website, generating engagement and follower growth. This incumbent will report to the MCAR.

Instructional Designer
This position is a part of MWC Programming & Development Team and will utilize instructional design methodologies to create learning solutions (lesson plans, workshops, etc.) for the youth that we serve. The goal is to facilitate our participants in acquiring knowledge and skills in an effective and appealing manner. This incumbent will work closely with the PDAM and Leadership team to develop MWC’s instructional content & eLearning experiences for our three categories of instruction: Money Management, Entrepreneurship & Tech Career Advancement. This incumbent will report to the PDAM.

Financial Analyst
The Financial Analyst will prepare, review and distribute quarterly financial reporting to the Board Treasurer, ED and FM. They will Track expenses and revenues vs. budget and reforecast and analyze fluctuations. The Financial Analyst will prepare our annual financial information binder and maintain budget & reforecast information as well as evaluate cost efficiencies in various areas of the organization. This incumbent will report to the Finance Team Director.

This position is part of the MWC Programming & Development team and will provide support around Non-Profit Grant administrative activities for the organization. This incumbent will be responsible for tasks including non-profit grant Research, Proposal Writing and Development of our grant pipeline to secure future funding for MWC. This incumbent will work closely with our Executive Director and Leadership Team. This incumbent will report to the PDM.

This individual will be responsible for finding and bringing suitable volunteers to fill all of our openings. They are responsible for all aspects of the hiring process inclusive of screening, scheduling & participating in the interview process with the HRAM of all potential volunteers. This incumbent will report to the HRAM.

They will also oversee that all of our company policies and legal documents are updated accordingly.
